After years of experience growing a small practice in West Virginia and working in a large, established medical spa in South Carolina, Erica Kuhnlein was inspired to bring her own vision to life in her home state of Michigan. What began as a boutique, personalized aesthetic practice has now evolved into a modern self-care sanctuary with a full team of experts, each bringing their own unique skills and passion to the art of aesthetics.

Dr. Ryan Kuhnlein, who serves as Medical Director and co-owner. Together, they have built a practice rooted in expertise, integrity, and a deep commitment to patient care. The name “Melrose” is a tribute to their two daughters, whose middle names—Melody and Rose—were combined to create a brand that represents beauty, artistry, and family.
