Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At The Melrose Aesthetic, we uphold a 48-business-hour cancellation policy to respect the time of our providers and to accommodate guests on our waitlist.
​
If a cancellation occurs with less than 48 business hours’ notice—or if a client does not show for their appointment—a fee of $50 to $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee is not redeemable toward future services and helps cover the cost of the unused appointment time.
​
After two late cancellations or no-shows, clients will be required to prepay in full for any future appointments. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable if the cancellation or no-show policy is violated.

We appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide timely, high-quality care to every guest. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Late Arrival Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule the appointment to avoid impacting other clients.If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.Late arrivals may be subject to cancellation fees at our discretion, depending on the type of service and time lost.
Children & Pet Policy

The Melrose Aesthetic is a family-friendly space, and we proudly support mothers and caregivers. Children are welcome in our waiting area when supervised by an adult. However, for safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, children may not be allowed in treatment rooms for certain procedures—especially for procedures involving lasers or medical equipment.

We understand that balancing self-care and childcare can be a challenge, and we’re here to support you however we can.
​
While we love pets, for sanitation and safety reasons, animals are not permitted in the spa unless they are certified service animals.
​

Refund Policy
Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results can vary based on individual factors. While we strive to achieve optimal outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve your desired results and are the client’s responsibility.

Retail Products: Unopened, unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days for spa credit only.
​
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Membership Agreement
Outlined below is the membership agreement. By entering into the membership, you are agreeing to the following terms.
This Membership Agreement outlines the terms between you (“Member”) and The Melrose Aesthetic (“Company,” “We,” “Us”). By enrolling in our membership program, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Benefits
As a valued Member, you’ll receive exclusive benefits, which may include:

Preferred pricing on select services

Discounts on retail skincare products

Complimentary or discounted treatments per your membership tier

Priority booking access and members-only promotions

Note: Benefits are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

2. Membership Fees & Auto-Charge Authorization

Memberships are offered at $99, $149, or $199 per month.

Monthly fees will be automatically charged to your designated payment method on the 1st of each month.

If a payment fails, we will retry. After two unsuccessful attempts, your membership may be suspended or canceled.

3. Membership Term & Cancellation

A 6-month minimum commitment is required. After that, membership continues month-to-month.

To cancel, please provide at least 30 days’ notice in writing via email at info@TheMelroseAesthetic.com or in person.

Membership fees are non-refundable, and unused benefits do not roll over or convert to cash or credit.

If you cancel before the 6-month term is complete, any discounts or benefits used will be charged back to your card on file or deducted from credit on file.

4. Freezes & Modifications

You may request to freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year in the case of medical or personal emergencies. Approval is subject to management discretion.

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

Membership does not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary per individual and may require additional treatments.

The Melrose Aesthetic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership offerings or services at any time.
